I founded Sellers Equity Real Estate Services in 2001 with a vision to change how we look at traditional real estate. I graduated with a Dual BA in Business Management and Marketing at the University of Nevada Las Vegas and have extensive full-time Real Estate experience. I along with my husband have been Brokers in the State of Nevada for over 17 years. We have been successful in helping institutional clients lease, manage, and dispose of their assets. My background prior to opening the residential brokerage company was representing Corporate Owners in all aspects of Commercial Real Estate and Management as a Shareholder with Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate. I have also owned, managed, and marketed office complexes, 300 plus multi-family units and new home sales track in the Las Vegas Valley. Our gross annual sales volume has averaged a minimum of 20 million dollars per year. My knowledge and expertise is surpassed only by my energy, ethics and passion for this business.

I am an Approved Broker for several Asset Managers, Lenders and am REO certified with REOtrans and REO.net. Along with my REO and Short Sale team we are able to turnaround BPO’s within 24 hours. My company is equipped to handle all facets of property preservation, utilities services and maintenance of the properties. We have built relationships with qualified vendors to complete all necessary repairs immediately upon request. I along with my team follow a strict timeline to enable our clients to maximize their properties and minimize their losses.
