Our Seller's Equity System is the method of choice for home sellers. It starts with a full service brokerage, with flexibility for the seller, no hassles, providing more options for a small transaction fee. Here’s how it works…

Full Service Real Estate Brokerage

Most Realtors who offer a discount or flexible program provide no other services except to put it in the Multiple Listing Service. Seller's Equity marketing program includes posting your photos to our website at www.sellersequity.com, up to 25 photos to www.realtor.com and up to 12 photos to the local MLS. Seller’s Equity offers full MLS exposure, contract negotiations, monitoring of escrow activities, including a professionally installed yard sign, lock boxes, Internet access to realtor.com, a personal web page of your home at sellersequity.com. and a competitive market analysis of properties currently listed and those which have sold. As an additional incentive Seller's Equity provides a free Alliance Home Warranty (valued at $315.00) during the listing period for using our services. All this for a flat fee as low as $1,995.00 plus an administration fee of $295.00 which is non-refundable. This is much less than the average 6% listing fee you would normally pay.

The administration fee is paid in advance and *$1,995.00 is paid at the close of escrow. It is still the seller’s responsibility to pay a three (3%) percent fee to a cooperating agent, for procuring a buyer. However, by using our services, we save you thousands of dollars, which is your equity, with no long-term contracts.

Sell Your Property Yourself, While It’s Listed, & Pay NO Commission. Yes, you read that right. Keep in mind though, that the no-commission does not apply to a buyer exposed to the property by another agent while your property is listed with us.

“No Pressure” Presentation

We will never allow you to be “pressured” by the buyer’s agent. All offers will be faxed or delivered to our office, and will be presented to you by phone so that you can make your decisions privately.

Safety First

It’s your home and you only want qualified buyers being shown your property. We provide you the ability to show your home while you are out with one of the safest lock boxes in the real estate industry.

Cancel the listing at any time

Either you or we can cancel just by calling and saying, “I want to cancel the listing.” It’s that simple. The cancellation becomes effective from the time you call. However, please allow two (2) business days to have the sign removed and the listing withdrawn from the MLS.

Put more money in your pocket with the Seller's Equity System. Most realtors will charge you the same fee no matter how your home sells…even if you find the buyer. At Seller's Equity you have complete flexibility…from “Full Service” to “Do It Yourself”.

You find the buyer and there is no other agent involved. We write the contract and walk it through escrow for you. Our commission is 1%.

Another agent represents the buyer. The Seller is obligated to offer a three percent commission, plus our flat fee as low as *$1,995.00
